Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. The counter-notification must include the following information:

1. Identification of the material: Describe the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
2. Statement of good faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Nivelva may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
4. Contact information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
5. Signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed or disabled material.

 

Repeat Infringers

Nivelva reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

 

Modifications to Policy

Nivelva reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
